SupportScreen was designed to be as easy to use as possible for all patients.
Website (Server)
- Windows 2003, 2008
- IIS 6, 7, 7.5
- .NET Framework 3.5 SP1
- 50mb of RAM
- 200mb of hard-drive space. Plus additional space depending on if addition documents for triggers are required.
- An SSL certificate is not required for the software to run but is highly recommended to avoid compliance issues.
Website (Client)
- Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7
- 20-30mb of RAM
- Internet Explorer 7, 8
- Javascript enabled
- Workstation grade processor (Core 2 Duo, Phenom, Celeron, etc.) 1.6GHz or better. Atom, Geode and other mobile processors are currently not supported with the version 1.0 release
- SupportScreen has been tested on multiple hardware platforms and is
certified to work on Tablet Kiosk devices

SQL Database
- Windows 2003, 2008
- SQL 2005, 2008
- 100mb of space. This amount could grow over time
SupportScreen Service
- Windows 2003, 2008
- .NET Framework 3.5 SP1
- Intel Core 2 duo processor (or AMD equivalent) or better.
- 50mb of space minimum, however, this could grow depending on the number of surveys being taken.
- 50mb of RAM plus 10mb of RAM for every 5 clients after 10 initial clients.
- Access to a SMTP server. Required for email based alerting and email based triggers
- Access to Printers. Required for printer based triggers
- A separate service account. Required for printer based triggers
